Gilly has practised Iyengar yoga for over 25 years and began teaching 15 years ago, training with both Alan Goode and Caroline Coggins.
Gilly juggles parenting, a day job and teaching but always finds time to return to her practice. In her teaching she is always mindful of the many demands on her students’ lives and encourages them to work skillfully, intelligently and with compassion for where they are at in their practice.
